Starting the research and development of electro-hydraulic servo valves (EHSV in short) in 1968, AVIC Nanjing Servo Control System Co., Ltd. is an industrial base of EHSV with leading technical capability in China. Our company is mainly engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, test and repairs of EHSV and also has the ability to develop servo systems and non-standard equipment for industrial application.
Types of products that we can develope and deliver are as follows: force feedback single stage valve, double nozzle flapper 2stge servo valve, large flow 3 stage servo valve, jet pipe servo valve (jet pipe and jet deflector), direct drive valve (LDDV and RDDV), combined valve, solenoid lock, pressure relief valve, hydraulic pump, servo amplifier, static and dynamic test bench and other test facilities. The working fluid covers minerals, hydraulic medium oil, phosphate hydraulic oil.
Our EHSV are widely used in aeronautics, space, navigation, metallurgy, machine manufacture, geological exploration, construction machines and all kinds of test equipment. In aeronautics applications, EHSV are used in rudder actuation system, front wheel control system, inlet control system, electronic anti-skid system, radar servo system, cargo door retraction system, engine digital control system, APS and APU.
We set two military use standards and one civilian use standard. We own 28 technology patents including structure design, measurement, special process, assembly test methods. Our company has the complete military equipment quality system, high-efficient produce unit and advanced RD means.
